Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Meanwhile, in a small food processor or mini chopper, combine the peppers, parsley, nuts, garlic, and olive oil to make a pesto. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the Parmesan.

Return the pasta to the pan with the pesto. Stir and heat gently for 1 minute, then top with a little more chopped parsley and serve.
