Making fresh pasta is a breeze!
This homemade pasta recipe just calls for six ingredients: flour, eggs, olive oil, and salt, and it always turns out perfectly.

Instructions
Make a well in the center of the flour on a clean work surface and add the eggs.
Whisk the eggs with a fork while gently mixing the flour until the mixture resembles a fairly rough dough.
Once the majority of the egg has been included, you may need to help it along with your hands. Form a ball with the dough by bringing it together with your hands.
Knead for 10 minutes, or until the dough is smooth and flexible. Remove the dough from the fridge and wrap it in cling film to rest for 30 minutes. It’s time to roll out the dough after it’s rested.
Cut the dough in half to make it simpler to roll out, then flatten it with the palm of your hand to fit through the pasta machine’s first setting, generally 0.
Once the dough has been passed through the widest setting, fold one side over the other as shown in the video.
Roll the dough through the widest setting again after flattening it with the palm of your hand. Fold the sides in and slide the fabric through the widest setting four times more. After that, pass the dough through each setting once again, from the widest to the second-to-last.
