1 cup Eggplant Caponata
2 lg Grilled Portobello mushrooms
2 lg Roasted Red Pepper sliced
1 cup Tomato bruschetta mix
1/4 lb thin sliced prosciutto
1/4 lb sliced Soppressata Piccante
1/4 lb thin sliced Mortadella
1/4 lb Gorgonzola Dolce
1/2 lb Ciliegine fresh mozzarella
1/4 lb sharp Provolone
1 loaf sliced of rustic Italian bread
Directions
